OUR ACTIVITIES

ROCK CLIMBING

Whether its indoor or outdoor. This activity is always a blast for all, beginners and pros alike. If you have a head for heights (or not), we have something for you. We know the local crags and climbing walls so well, we are sure to know of something that will suit, so let us abseil into your life, and lets rock on!! 

HILL & MOUNTAIN WALKING

If your aim is to reach the highest peak, or just to go for a stroll, then this is for you. Our qualified mountain leaders will help guide you up to the top of any UK peak, while passing on some interesting knowledge along the way. So, if a walk in the UK’s hills and mountains takes your fancy, then get the ball moving and get in touch.

Kayaking & Canoeing

Want to see what a lot of other people miss? Escape from the crowds? Then canoeing and kayaking down our beautiful rivers is a great way to go about it. Navigate down gentle waters, stop off for lunch on a beach, all the while taking in the sun*. If that sounds like your heaven, then let us take you there. *Sun can not be guaranteed as someone else might have booked it.

Team Building

Not another team building exercise! Well look no further. We think outside the box, so if you are looking for something slightly different, then get in touch.

The Full Works

Come and spend 5 days with us in the glorious outdoors, giving Climbing, kayaking, Canoeing and mountain walking a go.  *A wild camp can also be added on at an extra cost and is weather dependant. Food and accommodation not provided.

First Aid + Other Health & Safety

Our instructors work in the industry, so our courses reflect that. On top of that, they also have medical experience, so if you what your teacher to say, “This is how it’s done”, not, “This is what I have been shown how it’s done”, Then come to us. We can teach from 1 day paediatric to Advanced first aid at work.
 
All of our courses are regulated, but we can tailor to all needs, either way you can be assured of a quality course. So whether you need a course for work or just some knowledge for yourself, then get in touch.

Map Reading and Navigation

Fed up with getting lost? Or are you afraid of that happening to you?? Then do not fear. This course will look into using a map and a compass. At the end of it, you should feel a lot more confident if you are planning to head out into the hills.

1 and 2 Star Kayak and Canoe

Want to learn how to canoe and/or kayak? Then this is for you. We break the whole thing down, so you can learn how to stay straight, and turn when you want to. So navigate yourself to sending us a message, preferably using tech, not a bottle, to get you sailing in the right direction.

Expedition Skills

Want to learn how to escape into the beauty that the UK has to offer for more than a day? Then this is for you. We will take you out into the world and give you advice on what to carry, tricks on how to set up your tent so fast, you will wonder what to do with the rest of your time. So hurry up before your tent blows over and give us a buzz.
This course can fit in well with our map reading and navigation, and our canoe/kayak courses as a bolt on.

This course is designed for those who want to progress from indoor climbing to the outdoors. We will show you the ropes of outdoor climbing, from playing with all the extra gear needed all the way to setting up your own climbs.
